This sour cream sauce with scallion and spices is quick and easy- make in just 5 minutes! Use it as a dip for potatoes or drizzle it over meat or fish.
Peel the garlic, grate, or crush it, and finely chop it.
Deseed and devein the chili - chop finely.
Wash and finely chop the scallion/spring onion.
Take a big enough bowl, add all the ingredients in (in no particular order) mix well until incorporated. Add some milk if you wish the sauce to be runnier.
Transfer into a serving bowl or dish and serve as desired.
Notes
I have not added any milk in my recipe as I wished its consistency to be somewhat thicker but add a drizzle or two of milk depending on how you wish to use it.Â
