* Sugar is something you could change the amount used based on how sweet your tooth is. For me, this amount of sugar is fine. I also find that using granulated sugar tends to get sweeter than the cane sugar which I always use.
I have tested it with granulated sugar to compare and it was sweeter.
* There are so many other ingredients you could use, cranberries, nuts, coconut flakes, dessicated coconut and... come on get creative!
The main thing is to .........Enjoy it, whether that’s over a cuppa with friends, as a snack or a dessert after a nice meal, it will be a nice, tasty and well deserved treat!
