Enjoy this vegan egg-free avocado mayonnaise as a dressing or spread for sandwiches and in salads. The perfect keto dip too. It only contains a few main ingredients like avocado, mustard, horseradish and cider vinegar.
Add the prepared horseradish, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic to the blender.
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything is well combined.

Mustard - you can choose the Dijon one with seeds in - very tasty but the mayo will obviously have some extra texture Use some olive oil - add on top once jarred so the mayonnaise doesn't change color.Â
