
The cheddar cheese can be easily replaced by a nice feta cheese (50-70 g) in which case I would add no more salt. Any other cheese that you may like will do.
Other ingredients that you could bring into this ....
and play around with could be, chorizo, prawns, red onion, spring onion, asparagus, spinach, celery, butternut squash, potatoes, sweet potatoes, dill, dry herbs, cayenne pepper, kale, spring greens and many more. Just get a little courageous, go onnnnn ;-)
I'll let you tell me what other ingredients I haven't thought of using...
